How long does shipping take?

Shipping within mainland Spain:
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from when the order is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping to Europe:
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to logistical reasons beyond our control.

How do returns work?

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives defective and it is proven that the defect was our error.

To request a return, the customer must provide evidence (photos or video) of the product defect.

Returns are not accepted for:

Incorrect size chosen by the customer

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Damage caused by misuse of the product

Change of mind or personal preference

How to care for the garment (polyester)?

To keep your garment in good condition, we recommend the following:

Washing:

Wash with cold or lukewarm water

Use a delicate cycle

Do not bleach

Drying:

Air dry is preferable

Do not tumble dry on high heat

Ironing:

Iron at a low temperature

Avoid direct heat on the fabric

Using steam or a protective cloth is recommended
